By booking an appointment, attending one of our clinics, or accessing our website or patient portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Our Services

Jace Medical Blood Testing provides private blood testing services, including:

  • In-clinic blood sample collection (phlebotomy)
  • Laboratory analysis of blood samples
  • Secure delivery of test results via an online portal

Blood samples are collected at our clinics and sent to our partner laboratory, Randox Laboratories, for testing.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Our blood testing services are intended to provide health information and insights. They do not constitute a diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment plan.

You should always consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional regarding your results, symptoms, or any medical concerns.

4. Appointments & Attendance

  • You are responsible for attending your appointment on time
  • Late arrival may result in cancellation
  • Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in loss of fees paid

You must follow any preparation instructions provided prior to your blood test (e.g. fasting requirements).

5. Laboratory Testing

Laboratory testing is performed by Randox Laboratories, acting as an independent laboratory provider.

While we work with accredited laboratories, turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.

6. Results & Portal Access

Test results will be made available to you via your secure online patient portal once received from the laboratory.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure
  • Results may be retained for future reference
  • We cannot guarantee interpretation or clinical follow-up

7. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required in advance for all blood testing services. All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

  • Refunds are not available once a blood sample has been taken
  • If we are unable to perform the test, a refund or alternative may be offered
  • Missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services where necessary for safety, compliance, or misuse of our platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
